The Cantina Santa Maria la Palma is one of the largest wineries on the Italian island of Sardinia.
It has been in business for fifty years and its wines are now sold not only in Italy and across Europe but also in the Chinese, Japanese and North American markets. The winery is ISO 9001 / ISO 10939-certified and its extensive product portfolio includes the famous Sardinian wines Vermentino and Cannonau.
The client's main requirement was to overhaul its online presence as part of a project encompassing new PR initiatives and a wide-ranging advertising campaign.

The new website was created on the basis of a graphic design conceived by Quom3, a Magica partner that handles the client's corporate
communications. The stylish interface re-utilises the graphics and images used in the promotional campaign, which is based on the winery's
co-operative model.
The new site showcases a wealth of company information, along with technical descriptions of the grapes used and wines made.
There is also a photo gallery featuring the cellar complex, the vineyards and the city of Alghero.
A dedicated CMS (Magica BackSite) facilitates the management of news and events.
The Google Maps system helps to locate the winery through the use of an interactive map.
