accessibility

The main purpose of Accessibility of an internet technology is to assure everyone has the possibility to access a web resource. This is achieved by allowing every user to successful navigates a website, that include people with disabilities or users with legacy equipment or slow internet connections.
This aspect is often neglected to give space to the aesthetics and "special effects" leading to a not efficient way to browse content and to interact with the navigation system.

The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), with the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) has developed a set of guidelines for the development of accessible websites (WCAG 1.0).
Following the WAI guidelines, website contents will become usable without any information loss even using several different devices or browser such as commonly used web browsers, text based browsers, vocal synthesizer and Braille bars, handheld, search robot (spiders) and so on.

When is mandatory to publish accessible contents and interact with all the various kind of internet users, Magica will develop web sites and web applications with browsing interface, structure and information compliant with the guidelines and the British Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
